Mission and Vision

Our Mission

At Temple Sinai, we strive to:

• Create a flagship Reform Temple serving the needs of the Jewish community in northern New Jersey
• Create a warm, inviting and spiritually inspiring environment for every member of our diverse congregation
• Strengthen our vibrant, caring community and nurture the relationships within it
• Provide meaningful Jewish worship, learning and social experiences for all of our congregants
• Engage in acts of tikkun olam across our local northern New Jersey community and the greater Jewish Community
• Play a role in the Reform Movement and honor our connection to the State of Israel
• Support and encourage congregants and their families at all stages of the life cycle through the values and ideals of Reform Judaism
• Participate in our vibrant, strong, and denominationally diverse northern New Jersey Jewish community to ensure that the Reform Movement is well represented in voice and in action
