Worship

“God’s Presence is in the synagogue…
even when one person is there.”

- Mekhilta on Exodus 20:21

torahs200wThe development of Jewish spirituality is central to our purpose. With many ways to become engaged in congregational life, worship is one place where the entire congregation comes together – finding prayer, spiritual renewal and community.

High Holy Days Schedule

Erev Shabbat

Our Friday evening main sanctuary service is at 7:30 p.m. except on the third Friday of each month when Shabbat evening services are at 8:00 p.m.

Shabbat Morning

Every Shabbat morning, a worship service is held at Temple Sinai at 10:15 a.m. At this service our Bar and Bat Mitzvah students have an opportunity to lead the service, read from the Torah and deliver a d’var Torah.
