Religious School Mission

sara-rabbi-rs-outsideThe goal of the religious school is to provide a Jewish education that establishes the foundation for a meaningful Jewish experience that strengthens faith in God, develops a love of Torah and creates a strong identification with the Jewish people.

Our mission is to foster Reform Jewish learning that encompasses the covenant (brit) between God and the Jewish people through the study of Torah, the history of the Jewish people, Hebrew and the practice of rituals and ceremonies. It is our belief that this covenant extends from generation to generation and is shared by families and community. Our school provides a foundation and deep commitment to the ethical and moral traditions of Judaism.

We aim to establish a meaningful partnership among children, teachers, clergy and parents which teaches a complete understanding of Jewish values and inspires a love of Jewish learning.
